Contrat de Travail Immediat

Un CTI (Contrat de Travail Immediat) valable pour tous et pour toute entreprise.
- Pas de periode d'essai
- Duree 1 an minimum ou + a la demande
- Salaire minimum 1500 eus nets
- 5% de charges employeur, 5% de charge employe
- Au bout d'un an -> reconduction en CDI facultative ou arret du contrat
- Pour en prendre un autre il faut transformer un CTI en CDI
- Sinon le chomeur retrouve l'integralite de ses droits assedics
